bring on the brew

so, we moved into the new office. it is comfy in here. i have a very nice buttercup yellow wall to look at. in a medical institution, you would be surprised how far a warm color goes.

anyway, after a lot of debating, hemming and hawing (i wonder where that phrase came from and if i spelled it right....maybe some reader who has more time could check it out and do a guest blog??) i decided to bring in my 4-cup mr. coffee drip pot. i smuggled it in this morning and have since made two half pots, i guess that makes one full pot. it's really nice, perhaps it might encourage my habit a bit.

also, something actually worked out at work today. the coordination of a big project came together even better than i had originally anticipated. it involved a few screw-ups that amounted to an even better plan. so, that was nice for once.

anyway, in the middle of testing thermometers and i need to hustle up because i've got a dentist appointment today. just preventative cleaning, fingers crossed i don't have 100 cavities. i am so tired of the dentist. after that we have ruby's 1 year appointment. more shots, i suppose. boo. after that a new dog-sitter is coming to visit.
