Friday Euphoria

so i came in today feeling a sense of excitement and happiness. i was feeling great about the week coming to an end. it has been a long one at work. things at home have been pretty good and quiet. we are going to have to work out a new routine, it's a big change again just the three of us trying to settle in.

i had a really great day at work yesterday. it was super busy, but i was busy with my hands and my brain. fixing machines, taking things apart. it felt like i was doing some good. not just digging through patient files and log sheets to collect data. i was bushed at the end of the day, but i felt like i had really accomplished something. it was nice for a change.

now today i get lumped with another project tracking data. it's fine and not that big of a deal, but it just sorta took the wind out of my sails, ya know? oh well. can't win 'em all. i'll still have to look forward to the weekend. we actually have nothing at all planned!!! yeehaw.

i have lots of chores to catch up on and we'll chat to the pommies on sunday, maybe even make it to church!
