NEW ZEALAND

what can i say, i have been a lazy blogger lately. mostly because i haven't had time to sit and upload a ton of photos from new zealand. i also have a clip of myself bungy jumping which i'd love to post. perhaps i can get to that this weekend.

i don't know what to say about new zealand. i loved it there. i guess my family and friends (who enjoy having me around) should be pleased that my wife is an aussie rather than a kiwi because i certainly wouldn't be living in the united states given the option to relocate to NZ. the scenery was beautiful and the small, quaint felling of the towns and cities suited me and made me feel calm and comfortable rather than uneasy.

not much else has been going on. we have been settling back into life and work. the softball season has begun. i swore i wouldn't play this year, but then was talked into it again. i played last night and we won. unfortunately, i broke a blood vessel in my hand fielding a hard hit ball. but, nothing too serious.

looking forward to spending memorial day weekend in spooner, wi with the churchill family. we are also eagerly awaiting the arrival of baby bloxy. hopefully jaclyn doesn't deliver while we are in spooner. her due date is actually the 29th, so we'll see.
