today i am

annoyed because:
1. the shift on my keyboard (barely 2 weeks old) doesn't seem to be working quite right. like maybe it works when it feels like it.
2. an old man at the fair got all stroppy with me because i told him jen-jen was sitting at the table and because i work at the clinic.
3. my food (although delicious) cost me $9.50! (i'm on a budget, i get an allowance and it's down to nuthin lately)
4. my job isn't fun anymore.

i am not annoyed because:
1. we have haircuts on saturday!! woot!
2. we are making sushi for a sushi party saturday evening.
3. we can mostly relax this weekend.
4. the weather looks like it should be lovely.
5. we get to skype with the girls and clare will be home from monaco.
6. ruby is so much fun to play with.
7. we might go for a walk or a picnic in winona.

this isn't an exhaustive list, but hey it's something to blog about. hope everyone is having a nice thursday. we have softball tonight and now i can't remember if my uniform is clean. maybe it will get rained out?
