well the weekend went well. unfortunately, the weather didn't really accomodate our plans. of course we can't plan for the weather, but i think we really would have enjoyed the resort a lot more if we were able to go outside for walks and to the outdoor parks for little tots, etc.
however, despite the weather we still had a nice time. the cabin was large enough that we weren't all on top of each other. plus there is a huge indoor waterpark. we visited once and alice had lots of fun. ruby was cranky and kind of afraid of the noise and stuff, maybe next year when she is bigger she'll think it's more fun.
it was still good to get together with everyone and...uh...eat. we sure do end up with lots and lots of food when we get together. ha ha ha. thanks everyone for a nice weekend.

It was a fun weekend! We'll have to try it again sometime and hopefully the weather will be more cooperative. You're right about the food. How is it that even when we plan food out we still end up with a ridiculous amount??? Oh well...I guess I'll just have to add a few more minutes onto my workouts this week. Good to see you guys...looking forward to seeing everyone again in a couple weeks!
