We have been working on letters with Ali lately. Last night after we
got back from the grocery store, Ali and I sat down with her bucket of letters to play. Here's how it went:
Mom: Ali, what's this one?
Ali: D - Daddy
Mom: Right - D is for Daddy. What's this one?
Ali: G - Grandma
Mom: Right - G is for Grandma. What's this one?
Ali: E - Elleanna
Mom: Right - E is for Elleanna. What's this one?
Ali: M - Mama
Mom: Right - M is for Mama. What's this one?
Ali: P - POOP!!!! (she bellows with all the enthusiasm her pipsqueak body can muster)
Mom: ...right. P is for poop, but it's for Paul, too.
Mommy's going to have to have a talk with Daddy.....

oh Alice.....i just shake my head at that little kiddo....
Oh My...Kids really do say the silliest things! I'm having a flashback to stories of Ali hearing someone toot...followed by her asking if they're 'Poopin???' Does anyone else see a pattern developing???
