future love or just buddies

got an email from our friend (and now daycare mommy), jaclyn yesterday. it had no text or note, just a subject reading: future love or just buddies? there were two attachments. this photo was one of them. i thought it was hilarious. ever since matty and jaclyn got pregnant then lisa also did there was joking about who would have a boy/girl if our kids would date or be buddies, etc. so it was a great capture and a really cute photo of both the kids.

i am so happy to report that ruby is doing really well in daycare. she doesn't even notice we are gone and she loves to hang out with ben. keeping an eye on everything he is getting into. we feel so blessed having such a good friend looking after our shorty, really it's like leaving her with family. we also love that they get along so well. maybe some day i'll be doing a post about a wedding. ha ha ha. actually i'm a little more concerned i might be posting a police blotter with two arrests: ruby charlotte mako and benjamin earl bloxham.

thanks dude for being the best daycare mom in the universe and thanks for the photo too.

p.p.s. ruby is 4 months old today. she has a check-up and shots. boo. i'll post how it went tomorrow. fingers-crossed she isn't too sore or cranky tonight.
