i'm so sad to be back to the working world. we sure had a nice time spending our 2nd anniversary at cable lake. the weather was amazing and we just spent time with each other, no interruptions. i can't believe i'm going to type this, but it was actually nice not having any cell service. being unreachable (except for emergencies) is sometimes a really cool thing.
i was lucky enough to be able to spend a few more days up there too. leeser had to be on call and come back to work friday. but, i accepted and invitation to spend the holiday weekend at the churchill's personal cabin nextdoor to the boxcar. the weekend was wild and there were lots of kids and people, but the weather was probably the best weekend of the summer. i had a lovely time.
i'm working on posting a little video clip of lisa catching a fish. it's hilarious, but haven't worked out how to get the frames turned the right way yet. if anyone has any tips, let me know.
i hope everyone had an equally enjoyable labor day weekend.

I would like everyone to know that it is fresh apple cider we are drinking - and not anything from the alcoholic beverage family. And, i don't see why me catching a fish is hilarious.
