too sick to blog

hello readers. i am sitting upright. i am showered. my eyes are open. i am forming sentences.

all things that haven't been the case for the last few days. i am fresh off of two full days spent flat on my back in bed. i managed to pick up some kind of crazy flu virus. so i had the flu and a nice summer cold piggy-backed right on top of it. my body is feeling a little bit better so i came in to work for a half day. we'll see how long it takes for this stinking cold to flush out of my system.

since i've been mostly sleeping for the last 2.5 days, i don't have much to blog about. i was even too sick to have any productive thinking time. hopefully i'll feel better over the weekend and i can report on all kinds of adventures had with wife, ryan and bambizzle. he is in town for his last hoorah before deploying to iraq again. BOO TO THAT!!!!!!!
