went to happy hour with a few work people so they could meet a real live australian last night. it was pretty boring for her because there was a lot of talk about work, but i guess that happens.
i don't really think i should have capped the night off with a jack daniels and a dash of coke. i am feeling very average today and tired. i woke up at about 3:30 am with the spins, that is never a good sign. but at 5am i hopped on the treadmill and sweated out the rest of the booze. no more doing that on a school night though. sheesh.
