the interview went really well. i liked everyone on the panel. however, the guy i would be working directly with was the person that i connected with the least. so, we'll see how it all goes. i should be hearing something this week. i did follow up and go tour the facilities and i have in a call to tour another portion of the lab. so, now all i can do is wait.
if this one doesn't pan out, there doesn't seem to be much more available to me. so, now i have to decide if i want to make a lateral move into another lab and start out at the bottom of the ladder again. i also have a few other creative ideas. but, i won't share those just yet.
softball is over. i have played my last game. at least for a while. retirement year was a good one. we won the division and a tournament this year, that's a clear sign to end while on top right? ha ha ha.
