organic milk

so are there any milk drinkers out there? i love milk. i was raised drinking milk with every meal. i think i'm a better person for it, too. i don't really understand 'not liking milk', but i know a lot of people don't like it.

anyway, for those that drink milk. i have recently started buying and drinking organic milk. it tastes exponentially better than regular kemps or whatever. i can't explain it but i don't think i ever want to drink mainstream milk again. gee, maybe the taste has something to do with all the hormones and crap the cows are treated with and the nasty diets they are fed. the milk i'm drinking now comes from cows that have 100% vegetarian diets, no hormones, pesticides or herbicides. i know i sound like a big nerdy-environmentalist-hippy-tree-hugger-health-food-freak, and maybe i am at heart. but, i'm serious, give this milk a try....it's almost like drinking a glass of ice cream! p.s. if you won't spring for the organic stuff, at least drink the kemp 'select' stuff that doesn't have hormones floating around in it. and p.p.s. if you don't drink milk, please for cripes sake eat 500-1000mg of calcium not derived from oyster shells, preferrably with vitamin D added. just eat two tums with calcium, or have a couple viactiv chews, they taste like a tootsie roll.

ok, speaking of food. i am getting more and more nervous about eating out at a restaurant. what is with all the people finding parts and animals and disgusting weird things in their meals??? for god's sake. maybe it's a hint that we should cook at home more often?!?! there's the lady who says she chomped a human finger in her chili at wendy's (but who knows if she is making it up) and now i read about a lady finding a whole dead mouse in her salad. can you imagine????
